On the way we stopped at Edwards and had a look around the shops, Clare bought a new cycle computer for her road bike, and then we had some lunch at a great Patisserie shop called Bonjour Cafe. I decided to try the Frisco Lodge

They had a room available and I booked it for 1 night intending to leave for Fruita after a ride on the Colorado trail the next day.

They had gone for an old fashioned look, but everything was clean and comfortable. Internet access was not very good though.

I drove over to the supermarkets and bought some food to cook in my room, before getting some sleep.

I didn't get a good nights sleep , but I think that might of been due to the altitude.
