Click to Enlarge Today Clare joined the Luna women's Mountain biking weekend they met up at 9am, at the Vail ski club. There were 9 learners and 3 instructors. Their day started off learning bike handling skills on a football field. They then went for a ride around the World Cup MTB course (Village loop and Lions head loop). Clare fell off several times during the ride whilst pushing her riding window. In the afternoon they did some more riding and did a yoga for athletes class. I meanwhile bought a lift ticket and went up the gondola 4 times to ride the trails on Vail mountain. Click to Enlarge
